They are back!

This mornring we were greeted with radiant faces of the Thailand Mission Team. Mesikt shared that she enjoyed it very much, and she hopes that there will be another mission trip to Thailand next summer. Jayvs said that the students there didn't want them to go. They cried together when they left Chaing Rai. We told them to have some rest and tell us more about their stories later. So be there when they will have one chapel to share their experiences in Thailand.

Breaking the silence!

There's a lot of things that happened this summer, but I just didn't find time to post them. I had a good time at the Woods' beautiful place with a million dollar view. Some of the students spent a night or two with me, and we truly enjoyed our fellowship. Here are some of the beautiful pictures taken there.

PIBC is the place to be

Guam is a very beautiful place. It is surrounded with white beaches and clear blue sea. Guam attracts tourists all over the world because of its unique beauty. You will never get tired of going around the island. I am fascinated with the beautiful flowers everywhere. You should come and see for yourself.

Few days from now, I will be celebrating my fifth year here on Guam. I thank the Lord for bringing me here, and most of all for bringing me to Pacific Islands Bible College, the place where "Servant Leaders" are being trained. When I first came, there were only few students residing in the dorms but now "Cannex and Dinex' were added. I thank the Lord for making me a part of training and molding lives of God's people who are now serving the Lord. Are you looking for a college with diverse ethnic groups and where you can be trained as servant leader? PIBC is the place to be.

PIBC Traveling Team

The PIBC Traveling Team are on the go again. Praise God for Delight and Evelyn who are leading the team. The first church that they visited was the Chuukese Church that meets every Sunday afternoon at 1:00 o'clock at Faith Presbyterian Church in Mangilao. You would love to hear them sing. They are very good singers.

Lunch with the RAs. Thank you Melissa for the good food and nice ambiance.

I miss you ladies!

It was very quiet on PIBC campus after the students left for Christmas break. Somehow I want some quietness, but I miss the students. I guess I am already used to the laughter of the ladies when they gather together. I miss the B-annex devotion every Tuesday and Thursday. This is the time when the ladies could open their hearts out and share their praises and problems. On our last devotion, Stella led the devotion and she asked all of us to write encouraging words to each one. After each one received one whole sheet of paper with notes of encouragement from each lady, I saw the glow and smile on each face. That was very remarkable! On our Christmas party, the ladies decorated the porch of B-annex and took the keyboard and PA system. We sang, dance and enjoyed our fellowship.
